  26. If the system finds an error before the screen display turns on, the
  27. screen will remain blank and the system halts.  After the screen display
  28. turns on, the screen changes colour and the system halts if an error
  29. occurs.  The screen colour helps you to identify the type of system
  30. problem.  The screen colours should be interpreted as follows:

  32. TEST STATUS    COLOUR   DESCRIPTION

  34. Begin test     Black     Opening screen
  35.                DarkGrey  Initial hardware configuration tests passed
  36.                LightGrey Initial system software tests passed (ROM)

  39.                Green     CHIP RAM error
  40.                Blue      Custom Chip(s) error
  41.                Yellow    68000 detected error before software trapped it
